Return Policy

We think you’ll love our products. But in the rare chance you don’t or there's an issue, read the policy below to understand how we'll handle these situations.

Returns

We accept returns requested within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original packaging, with seals intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return the product. To help cover the cost of small-batch production, there is a 20% restocking fee. If you send back an item prior to receiving confirmation of approval from us, it will not be accepted. 

To start a return, text us at (207) 739-3486 and say, “I need to return a product”.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if it's approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process.

If more than 15 business days pass without seeing your refund, text us immediately so that we can look into the issue.

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange, first place an order for the item you want, then return the original. Once we receive and accept your return, we’ll process it as outlined above. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a text and include an image of the issue to expedite our response. Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Discovery sets

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items
